The enormous potential of adhesive bonding is widely accepted today. Unfortunately, knowledge of this technology is generally very limited. The reason is that it requires interdisciplinary knowledge of chemistry, surface physics, materials technology and engineering. We have made it our task to bundle this know-how and transfer it to interested parties by means of training courses and specific advice. We thus provide application-oriented technology transfer for all problems related to adhesive bonding. 

To expand the business in China and provide better service to our customers, Qingdao Dezhong Kleben Technology Co., Ltd. was set up in October 2019, and the previous bonding business of Kunshan Yuehai was transferred to the new company accordingly. In the new company , we have developed our own local auditors and trainers who have rich bonding knowledge and deep experience of bonding practices, which is aimed to bring additional values to our customers. 

The new company has introduced doctoral talents to enrich and improve the education and training capabilities. In November 2019, two European Adhesive Engineers of our company successfully obtained the qualification of DIN6701 auditors in TC-Kleben, Germany. Through the local talent advantage, customer advantage, testing equipment and laboratory of the new company, we cooperated with TC-Kleben to obtain the authorization to conduct the most professional bonding training, testing, failure analysis, certification and promotion of new bonding technology in China.

Qingdao Dezhong Kleben technology co., LTD., on behalf of TCK, carries out the German DIN6701 bonding pre-audit and certification for the rail industry in China, and carries out training and qualification in Chinese language of  EAE (European Adhesive Engineer), EAS (European Adhesive Specialist) and EAB (European Adhesive Bonder).
